How can I renew my services?

A service works differently from a domain, while a domain can be renewed almost at any time, a service (hosting, certificate or corporate mail) can only be renewed until the invoice has been generated. To renew a service close to to expire, or that is already suspended, you must:

1.From the members home area you can click on Billing:

2. Select the number of the pre-invoice you wish to pay, you will be directed to a version of the invoice to print

 

3. Select your payment method

 

 

4. Click on “Pay Now” and follow the instructions of the payment platform.


Note: If the service has been suspended, once the payment is made, the suspension will be automatically removed.

If you do not have any pending invoices and your service is suspended, or the suspension has not been automatically removed, you can open a support ticket here or you can send an email to: support@clickpanda.com.
