*In our new interface, domains and services are in separate sections
1. From the members home area you can click on services:
2. in front of the hosting product click on the "active" button
3. To enter your control panel, you can click on Enter Cpanel
4. Then, you will be directed to a new tab, which will display the Cpanel interface within the server
Note: Sometimes the following message will appear the server page can be identified as not secure.
In it, click the "Advanced Settings" link.
The advanced options will be displayed and one of them is to access the domain. To do this, click "Access mydomain.com (non-secure site)", where "mydomain.com" is the domain you want to access.
Firefox
When using Firefox to access a website under https that does not have an SSL certificate installed, you will see the following message. Click the "Advanced" button.
In the advanced options, press the "Add exception..." button.
In the dialog, click the "Confirm Security Exception" button to include the web address in Firefox exceptions.
