Filters allow you to manage the flow of incoming emails. Using filters you can move, copy, redirect, discard or reply your mail or have the spam out automatically - all based on a combination of subject, sender, recipient, size and more.
To create a filter:
1. Log in to your Webmail interface.
2. At the top of the page, click the start icon next to the OX symbol.
3. Click on settings.
4. Click on filter rules.
5. Over here you can add new rules you require. Here you can add more rules if you want.
Note: Filters are only applicable for incoming new mail. All existing messages will not be affected.
