My Credit Card payment is still pending, what should I do?

For security, our system performs anti-fraud checks, which can prevent a payment from being made immediately. These payments are pending verification, the response arrives within 24 hours, for which we recommend you NOT to try the payment again as it can generate double charges.

Once the payment has been accepted or rejected, we will send you a message to your email. If you did not receive a result of your transaction, you can send an email to support@clickpanda.com
