One of the advantages of being a ClickPanda member is being able to store your credit card information securely to make future payments and enable automatic debit.
If you pay with your credit card, you can save your card information with us, to make your payments safely and quickly.
In addition, by saving your card with us, you also enable automatic debit for recurring products (Visa, Mastercard)
With the automatic debit, our system receives the payment of any overdue invoice through your credit card, the collection will be made on the due date of the invoice, in case the payment fails, we will send you an Email with instructions to make the payment with another method.
If you want to disable the automatic debit, and delete your card information from the ClickPanda account, you must follow these steps:
1. From the members home area click on Edit payment methods:
2. From this section, click on My details
From here you can edit or delete your credit card. By deleting your credit card, you disable automatic debit.
3. Fill out the form
4. accept the privacy and data agreement
5. Click on 'Save Changes'
