If you have funds in your account, and you want to pay a pre-bill with the funds in your account, you must follow these steps:
1. From the member login area you can click on Billing:
2. Then select the invoice you want to pay:
3. From the invoice, select the amount you want to pay to the invoice, and click Apply credit:
