To check your email accounts anywhere, ClickPanda includes a WebMail service OpenXchange, an easy-to-use interface where you can organize your emails, contacts and tasks.
If you want to customize the webmail access URL, using your company's domain, follow these steps :
- From the members login area you can click on Domains:
2. In the list of your Domains, select the Domain you want to modify, then click on Manage DNS.
3. In this section, you will find the DNS records of your Domain. Click on Manage CNAME Records:
4. Verify that there is a CNAME record with name webmail.yourdomain.com and value us3.webmail.mailhostbox.com, if there is no record with these values, continue with step 5.
5. To create the CNAME record required to customize the Webmail URL, click the button Add new CNAME
6. Enter the following values:
Host Name: webmail
Canonical Name: us3.webmail.mailhostbox.com
TTL: 7200
7. You can verify that the URL is working, visiting from a browser the webmail.yourdomain.com page. If everything works correctly, you should see this interface:

Note: For the DNS records in this section to take effect, the nameservers must point to the following values, otherwise this DNS zone will have no functionality:
Gestorpanda.mars.orderbox-dns.com
Gestorpanda.earth.orderbox-dns.com
Gestorpanda.venus.orderbox-dns.com
Gestorpanda.mercury.orderbox-dns.com
