As a member of ClickPanda, you can access the mail redirection service.
A mail redirection is a virtual mail account in order to redirect it to another destination. A virtual email account does not really exist but looks as if it existed. Any mail sent to name@yourdomain.com will be redirected to the destination "Redirect to:" You can add multiple destinations so that each destination will receive the mail that arrives at name@yourdomain.com
THE MAIL REDIRECTION ONLY WORKS FOR ACCOUNTS THAT DO NOT EXIST, IF YOU CREATED THE ACCOUNTS AND YOU WANT TO ROLL A COPY, YOU MUST USE THE AUTOMATIC REDIRECTION SERVICE, FOR MORE INSTRUCTIONS SEE AT THE END OF THIS ARTICLE.
STEPS TO CREATE A REDIRECTION:
- From the client area click on Domains:
2. Select the Domain with which you are going to activate the account grab it all, and click on Manage Mail hosting in the side menu:
3. From the mail hosting management window, click Create redirection
4. From this section, you can choose the redirection options you need
5. Click Create Redirection to finish
STEPS TO CREATE AN AUTOMATIC POSTWAY:
If you created an email account, and you want to automatically forward the messages to another account, you must use our automatic remail service by following these steps:
1. Login via webmail to the email account you want to configure via webmail.yourdomain.com
2. From the webmail, click on the upper right in the configuration button
3. Then, click on Auto Resend and select the options you need
Then, to save changes, return to the inbox, and verify that the automatic resend is working by sending a test message.
